Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver product(s) to you within 1-5 working days, to the delivery address you have requested in your order within the time set out in our delivery agreement but we cannot give an exact delivery date.

Delivery will be Royal Mail, unless detailed otherwise to you, and will be appropriate for the level of value of the item or items. Transit time is usually 1 - 3 days.

Orders over a certain value, or selected for express or special delivery will be made using the appropriate delivery method - but please be advised, these methods usually require a signature upon delivery so please ensure that someone will be in to sign for.

**COVID-19 Update: Unfortunately, we are aware that there are delays with Royal Mail at the moment due to the sizeable increase in post and the social restrictions in place for Health & Safety of all Royal Mail workers. Royal Mail are working as hard as possible to minimise delays and all orders are being delivered successfully. If you have any questions, please just let us know. **

UK:
1st Class UK = £3.70
2nd Class UK = £3.10
UK Special Delivery = £5.90
Europe:
Royal Mail International Standard (3-5 working days) = £5.50
Rest of the World:
Royal Mail International Standard (6 to 7 working days delivery aim) = £8.50

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We are happy to deliver worldwide. When you place an order, your delivery cost is calculated for you at the checkout and you can choose the delivery method most convenient for you. Please note international deliveries may incur further postage costs based on the final weight and size of the packed order. We will contact you directly before your order is dispatched if further postage costs are required. Unfortunately we cannot calculate this until your order has been placed and packed.

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

We want you to be completely delighted with your order from us however if you are not fully satisfied or have had a change of mind, just let us know.

If you wish to return your order, or your parcel arrives damaged or faulty, you should contact us within 7 days of receipt through our quick contact form or via email - hello@saltyandsweet.co.uk .

(Please note that all items should be returned within 20 days of receipt in a resaleable condition. Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned to us. If there has been an error made by us on your personalised or made-to-order item or it is found to be faulty at all we will resolve this with you immediately and organise any returns and replacement to you.)
